Who We Are

FLEX Financial Education™, the Financial Education Division of The FI Woman LLC (founded in 2015), helps Pennsylvania schools build a strong foundation for lifelong student success through meaningful, age-appropriate financial education.

Founded by Ramat Oyetunji, MBA, CEPF, CPFC, a Certified Educator in Personal Finance, former investment adviser, and author of 7 personal finance books, FLEX was created to introduce financial education early and make it more engaging and relevant for K-8 students.

Why We Matter

When financial education starts early and extends beyond one-time workshops, standalone lessons, or isolated activities, it has lifelong impact and shapes students' financial mindsets early. That's why we intentionally designed a framework that introduces financial concepts in kindergarten and builds upon them year after year, creating continuity, deeper understanding, and lifelong impact.

What We Offer

Our proprietary K–8 financial education framework and curriculum, My Money Success Storyboard™, is aligned with the Pennsylvania Academic Standards for Personal Finance. It was intentionally designed to engage students through a creative, visual approach that promotes personalization, deeper understanding of money, and smart use of modern tools like AI for practical application and decision-making.
